If I had to critique something
I’m not sure book three was entirely necessary.
I enjoyed the romance between Eve and her third love interest (a.k.a the Falopex alien), BUT the plot became overly complex, with too many elements introduced at once, making the ending feel both forced and rushed.
The series as a whole didn’t have as many poly scenes (I’m talking about spicy scenes of course) as I would’ve liked. And most, if not all, of the poly scenes are in book 3.

Romance on the For the Love of Aliens series
Expect the unexpected—and plenty of spicy, graphic scenes that are both diverse and abundant.
To truly enjoy this series, you need to be comfortable with non-human and monster-like alien love interests, polyamorous relationships, and over-the-top, wildly imaginative plots.
Romance is definitely present, and is especially strong in the first two books. By book two, the romance starts taking a back seat to the spicy scenes, and by book three, the plot and explicit scenes significantly overshadow the romantic elements.
