  In a Nutshell
  Honestly, I loved this book!

  Overall Story
  The story follows Eve, with each installment of the series exploring a different relationship between Eve and one member of her reverse harem. Since Pheromone is the first book in the series, we’re introduced to this new world and meet all the intriguing characters who will form her reverse harem. However, this book primarily focuses on her relationship with Abraxas.

  The plot begins with the classic “heroine abducted by aliens” trope, but both the world and its characters are incredibly original. Sometimes sci-fi romances tend to overly humanize their alien characters, but in this story, the aliens feel authentically otherworldly—even monster-like in their descriptions.

  I was surprised to find other reviews mentioning Eve as annoying. To me, Eve is clearly meant to be a comic relief for the reader. She handles bizarre and overwhelming situations (like waking up on an entirely new planet!) with humor. Honestly, I found her funny and quirky, if a bit over the top. And she openly admits to enjoying smut!

  Romance & Spicy Scenes
  Abraxas is the main love interest in this book—and seriously, what’s not to love about him? He’s genuinely monstrous and non-humanoid, yet described in such a compelling way that, with an open mind, you absolutely understand the appeal. I adored his perspective on life and his protectiveness toward Eve.

  I loved how his relationship with Eve progressed, the relationships in books 2 and 3 felt less natural in comparison.

  Highly recommended—but you must enjoy stories and characters that are intentionally a bit over the top! And forgive a few typos and editing choices.
