Book Blurb
My bones still hold the gouges of rejection.
It still hurts, watching Clayton love the one he rejected me for, and it probably always will. My body still yearns for my destined mate, the Moon refusing to set us free from the bond that stems from the marrow of our existence.
Anguish and heartache with unbearable pain is the life I thought I was destined to live.
Until Dallas.
Even though he is not the mate destined for me by the Moon, we decided to choose our own paths.
Fate was ours to determine.
Or so we thought…

Rating & review
My review
Dallas is the continuation of Rya’s story, and it was quite different from what I expected—in the best way. I didn’t want the book to end.
If you enjoyed book one, you need to read this one. The same elements that made the first book so compelling are here, but now layered with themes of journey, inner discovery, and pure badassness.
That said, if you didn’t connect with Rya in book one, I wouldn’t recommend picking this up—her personality and voice remain very much the same.
Plot & Worldbuilding
Here we get a deeper look into werewolf culture through Dallas’s pack.
The book doesn’t shy away from showing the ugliness of this world. There are heartbreaking scenes and even character deaths, so I highly recommend checking the content warnings if you’re sensitive.
Romance & Characters
The romance here is not the easy kind—it’s messy, complicated, and full of effort. Watching Rya and her wolf (I won’t spoil the story by saying his name) work through their flaws and pain made their bond feel raw and beautiful.
I loved how Rya grew even stronger in this book, stepping into her power.
Dallas, on the other hand… let’s just say there’s a moment where you’ll want to kill him.
Clayton broke my heart in an unexpected way—after book one, I didn’t think that was even possible. Some of his revelations were truly shocking.
But that’s part of the charm here: these characters are flawed, and growth doesn’t come magically—it takes work.
The Ending
My one pet peeve was the ending. It was beautiful, yes, but it felt a little too short. I craved a glimpse further into the future, a more fleshed-out resolution. Still, it didn’t take away from how impactful the story was.
