Well, this is the first book of the series, so technically yes, but check the ending type above in case you want to avoid cliffhangers.

Life’s no fairy tale, especially for an omega.
When William’s father names him heir to the throne, it kicks off an event the alpha has both longed for and dreaded—the courtship contest. In a matter of weeks, he has to choose the two people he’ll spend the rest of his life with. He has Elliott; his best friend and secret love. But his family cares more about making ‘the right kind’ of match than about little things like love and happiness.
Elliott loves Will with all his heart, and the long wait for them to be together is almost over. But first, he has to help with the difficult task of choosing a third person to share their life with. When he meets Cinder, he knows there’s something special about the shy omega. Choosing an omega won’t be easy given the kingdom’s past—and there’s more working against them than simple jealousy and family politics.
Like every omega in their island kingdom, Cinder dreams of being invited to the palace and the prince falling in love with him. Too bad that only happens in fairy tales. When his stepfather sabotages his chances, Cinder knows it’s time to let go of his dream. But a twist of fate sends him to the palace, giving him the chance he’s always wanted. Between jealous betas, his bully of a stepbrother, and a royal family who want to pretend omegas don’t exist, his dream starts to look like a nightmare. But all that falls away when he finally meets Prince William and his close friend Elliott. Yet someone in the palace is determined to put a stop to things, and when Cinder finds himself imprisoned, their fairy tale romance hangs in the balance.
Betrothed is a novel-length MMM/polyamorous romance, featuring a modern-day fairy tale, intrigue, angst, mpreg, and of course, a happy ending. There are scenes not suitable for readers under the age of eighteen.Life’s no fairy tale, especially for an omega.

Rating & review
My review
Betrothed is a Cinderella retelling—but with an omegaverse MMM throuple twist—and it worked surprisingly well.
The worldbuilding mixes old and modern seamlessly. There’s a royal court with dukes, castles, and horse rides, but also phones and contemporary touches. It gave the story a unique, fresh vibe that I really enjoyed.
Beyond the fairy-tale retelling, the book explores deeper themes around the injustices of that fictional society (like the “Omega laws”). I won’t spoil anything, but it added weight and intrigue that kept me hooked.
The Characters
Cinder (the Omega), our Cinderella, is insecure, naive, and unsure about love. If you prefer strong-willed leads, he might not be your cup of tea. Personally, I liked his softer side—especially the way his love for animals shaped his personality.
Prince William (Alpha) and Elliott (Beta) bring balance to the relationship. What stood out most to me is how the trio communicates—when something goes wrong, they actually talk about it. That honesty made their relationship progression feel organic, even if it did move a little quickly.
Romance & Vibes
The throuple dynamic was sweet, and while their bond formed fast, it felt natural within the fairy-tale setup. We also get a couple of spicy scenes!
There’s angst, politics, and some darker twists, but overall this book gave me cozy vibes. It was exactly the type of story I was in the mood for, and I loved it.
