Alpha’s Sacrifice is book #1 of the Irresistible Omegas series
Well, this is the first book of the series, so technically yes, but check the ending type above in case you want to avoid cliffhangers.
Book Blurb
An MMMM Mpreg Gay Romance
Four men, brought together by fate, connected in more powerful ways than they’d ever imagined.
Lidon, the powerful alpha-cop, determined to never trust another partner—until he helps a vulnerable omega through his heat and connects with him in a way that leaves him reeling.
Enar, the alpha-doctor who dedicates his life to serving omegas who need his help. He works himself to the bone, anything to drown out his inner voices that scream at him he’s not a real alpha.
Palani, the sassy beta reporter who will do anything to save his omega lover and childhood friend, even if it means watching another man claim him.
Vieno, the omega who suffers from a medical condition that requires an alpha’s help. It was supposed to be sex, but his attraction to the alpha goes much deeper. But how can he betray his soulmate and lover Palani like this?
When Vieno’s freedom is endangered, he needs Lidon to save him. The alpha steps up, but the consequences of his choice are more far-reaching than anyone of them had foreseen.
Four men try to figure out what they are to each other amidst political unrest, investigations into corruption and fraud, a medical issue that is far bigger and more sinister than it seemed at first, and old legends that are turning out to be real.
Alpha’s Sacrifice is an MMMM mpreg gay romance and the first book in the Irresistible Omegas series. It is not a stand-alone and ends on a cliffhanger. Please note the triggers warnings in the front of the book.

Rating & review
My review
This book caught me off guard—in the best way.
I was in the mood for an omegaverse story and honestly didn’t care what the pairing was: MFM, MMF, MMM, MM—whatever combo. I dove into this almost blind, and wow, what a delightful surprise. What I loved: the plot, the characters, and the steam.
The Plot
It all starts with Palani, a journalist, investigating what seems like a coincidence—something so subtle most people missed it. From there, a mystery slowly unravels, with new pieces of the puzzle added in each chapter. The plot doesn’t wrap up in this book but continues through the entire series, becoming more layered and complex (in a good way!).In this omegaverse world, animal traits are highly prominent. For example, under certain circumstances, an alpha can roar.
The Characters
There are four main characters: Lidon (34), Enar, Palani, and Vieno (23). Without spoiling too much, I’ll just say this—Lidon is the definition of an alpha male: hot, protective, dominant.
This story doesn’t have a clear protagonist, so for the review we considered the omega as the main character. However, all four characters play equally important roles.
The character development is excellent. Each of the four has a distinct personality, and they’re all so well-defined. I saw someone mention that they each have a unique “voice,” and it’s absolutely true. You really get to know them—their personalities, fears, and insecurities. At some point, you’re suffering with them, rooting for them to find their happily-ever-after, whatever that looks like for them.
The Steam
This book is hot. Smut reigns here. Expect very frequent, very explicit scenes.Final Thoughts
With such a solid plot, strong character development, and sizzling spice, some readers might feel the romance takes a backseat or happens a little too smoothly. But I disagree. The romance focuses more on the evolving dynamics—both existing ones and those just beginning to bloom.Bottom line: Do yourself a favor and read this book.
