If I had to critique something
One of my personal pet peeves is that each poly group feels a little too perfectly crafted to suit a specific kink (starting from book 3).
It can make the relationships and personalities come across as less organic—almost like the author had a checklist of kinks to hit.
That said, the kink-focused nature of each installment means that if you’re not into the particular kink in one book, it’s hard to skip it, since the plot builds across the series.
This is not a series you can easily read out of order, so be prepared to commit to each book if you want to follow the overarching storyline.
